Game started out rough with two turnovers on our first two possessions which led to a 10 point deficit.

Clovis rebounded in the second quarter with a touchdown run by Dakota Gordon after a long pass from Erin Erwin to Bobby Grijalva got Clovis to the five yard line.  But Atascadero score early in the second quarter and then right before halftime to make it 23-14.  After a rousing halftime speech and some defensive changes, Clovis shut down the running game of Atascadero on their first possession.

Clovis was then led on a drive by Jaryd Weakley with the passing game and running game which culminated in a 7 yard quarterback keeper off the left side for a touchdown to close to 23-14.

Atascadero then relied on its running game and its defense to stifle Clovis for the rest of the game and score three more times in the second half.
